Instructions
- 1Cook apples
Add diced apple, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon water to a small skillet. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until the apple softens but still has a little bite.
- 2Mix cheesecake base
Stir Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and softened cream cheese until thick and smooth.
- 3Add crust
Press most of the crushed graham cracker into the bottom of a bowl or jar.
- 4Layer
Spoon the cheesecake base over the crumbs, then add the warm cinnamon apples.
- 5Finish
Top with the remaining graham crumbs and let it sit 2 minutes before eating.
