  1. 1Add milk first

    Pour the milk into the blender first so the powder does not stick to the bottom.

  2. 2Add banana

    Add the banana, using frozen slices if you want a thicker shake.

  3. 3Scoop in powder

    Add the protein powder on top of the fruit.

  4. 4Blend smooth

    Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until the shake is completely smooth.

  5. 5Serve cold

    Pour into a glass and drink while cold and freshly blended.
